Who We are-

TMC Ltd is an Energy Management Consultancy incorporated in 2012 and focused on providing Energy Management services to Public and Private sector organisations.

David Moore Director of TMC Ltd has 30+ years experience in both the Electricity Supply Industry and Utility Procurement Sector gained while working for a number of electricity/gas suppliers.This combined with front line delivery as part of the Carbon Trust in Wales provided an ideal blend of skills that cross between the commercial and the sustainability areas of Carbon Management and Utilities Management-

• Experience gained working for the Carbon Trust allows him to combine hard financial assessment with sustainability aims. Recently adding to these skills by becoming an ESOS Lead Assessor.

• Extensive knowledge of the Electricity Industry from both the supply side and end user procurement has allowed TMC Ltd to support a number of clients; examples include arranging an export connection agreement for an Energy from Waste site in Kent and helping Energy Intensive energy consumers to procure and manage their utilities while tying in with particular site requirements e.g.ISO 50001, EII and commitments with Climate Change Levy Agreements

• TMC Ltd Is acutely aware of the importance of relationships and understanding where people can contribute or may work more Effectively with the right support. Working with the Carbon Trust, TMC Ltd's Director was exposed to multiple sustainability programmes, some that worked and some that didn’t. Based on this experience TMC Ltd has developed into a "Critical Friend", assisting clients in understanding the relevance and potential of the multiple daily approaches that energy and technology offer.
